About Lyn Murnane

My passion is knowledge, sharing it or finding ways to collate, store and manage it for future use. I like being able to empower people to do their jobs (or hobbies) effectively by connecting them with the information they need to achieve this. I believe that knowledge sharing provides an organisation with more employee satisfaction which leads ultimately to a better customer service experience. I guest lecture once per semester at RMIT on the topic of my KM journey. I find the lecturing really motivating and some of the questions that are asked often prompt me to re-consider how I deliver the work I do and what change management tools I use, so it's mutually beneficial.
