As an Assistant Buyer at Holt Renfrew, I apply my passion and dedication to deliver exceptional results in the retail operations domain. I have over eight years of well-rounded experience in various aspects of operations, such as procurement, shipping and receiving, inventory, scheduling, training, hiring, finances, and employee management. I have achieved two promotions in less than 14 months, thanks to my personal drive and problem-solving skills. I have also conducted training for over 100 employees, monitored and altered existing procedures, and obtained strong knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs). I worked on a team that manages 100+ employees, and I continuously learn new transferable skills that I can apply to my future endeavours in operations. I have a degree in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University, with a focus on Health Science, which has enhanced my understanding of human development and well-being.
