A Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Valuers’ of Licensed Property. I am self-employed, operating in and from Bridgwater, but covering a wide geographical spread, trading as Lyndon Brett Partnership. The practice of Lyndon Brett Partnership was established in 1990, incorporating the practice of Herrtage and Plummer a London and Exeter based Licensed Property Valuation practice. The business is involved with Commercial Property Agency; Commercial, Residential and Residential Block Property Management; Planning and Environmental Work; Healthcare planning, advertisement and pNning enforcement; Design, Specification, Building Contract and Supervision Works, including Heritage Asset work; Building Surveys, Dilapidation and Condition Reports; Party Wall Surveyor work and boundary disputes; Valuations and Sales of Property including retail, office and industrial premises with specialist knowledge of the Healthcare Sector (Dentists) and Licensed and Leisure premises; Sales and Project Management of development and refurbishment sites; and Land Compensation work. In addition I am CEO of LB Property Investments Ltd, with property investment interests in UK and France, plus CEO of LB Property Management Solutions Ltd. Managing partner of Valmorelski, a ski apartment management business, based in the Savoyard ski resort of Valmorel! Previously I was an employee and Associate Partner of Tamlyn and Son, Chartered Surveyors, based in Bridgwater. My external interests include Rotary Club of Bridgwater - member (PP and PHF); Governor at Bridgwater College and Chair of the Buildings Project Committee; President of Bridgwater Young Farmer’s Club; and Chair of the Resource and Environment Committee at Haygrove School (a feeder school into Bridgwater College).
