About Lyndsay Postell

Dynamic event architect and community strategist with a proven ability to take ideas from whiteboard brainstorms to show-stopping activations. With a career spanning gaming, tech, and entertainment, I’ve delivered unforgettable experiences at large-scale festivals for tens of thousands—while managing everything from creative concepting to operations, logistics, and post-show impact. I’ve overseen hundreds of vendors, built and scaled cross-functional teams, and led onboarding and training with clarity and care. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for DreamHack and formerly Director of Marketing, I bring hands-on expertise in digital strategy, brand storytelling, content production, and visual design. My approach is both systems-minded and heart-forward—ensuring every activation is not only seamless but deeply engaging and community-centered. Equally comfortable rallying stakeholders as I am solving backstage chaos, I’m known for my charisma, adaptability, and ability to bridge fractured teams into cohesive, collaborative units. Whether launching inclusive tournaments, opening next-gen gaming venues, or driving creative alignment across departments—I lead with intention, empathy, and just the right amount of boldness.
