Selected Accomplishments:* Developed, implemented, and grew the benchmark process for a district of approximately students.* Designed and produced an annual 'Data Binder' for campus administrators to review and use for school improvement.* Produced reports to most effectively provide a visual story, easing the effort for in-depth analysis by users (board members, administrators, teachers, public).* Implemented the use of the Eduphoria-Aware program from an unknown program within the district to the key tool used for assessments, inventories, student forms, and analysis.* Facilitated the efforts between Dell, Education Data Collaborative, and Denton ISD to create a data warehouse and dashboard.* Awarded the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching, Secondary Mathematics, 2005.
