I take delight in customer satisfaction. The smile on a client's face when they inquire something from me during a voyage inspires me to put my best foot forward. Over the years, I have been giving a pleasant, yet unforgettable experience while ensuring the passenger's safety through communicating effectively. My work experience spans varied areas of customer service management and administration. I am a certified Business Operations Management (BOM) specialist whose exceptional leadership and communication skills blend in to lead successful teams. The fields in which I have extensive experience are compliance with safety regulations, managing passenger interaction and upholding assertiveness. My experience in flight attendance dates back to 2006 when I joined Kenya Airways as an Inflight Attendant. I later enrolled for my Master's program at the University of Nairobi in International Studies. I have worked in different positions in administration and operations where I have honed my skills in delivering exemplary customer service. I am also trained in customs and immigration regulations, cultural awareness, currency exchange, passenger care and product knowledge. I possess skills in- Customer service- Teamwork- Adaptability and flexibility- Communication- Empathy- Confidence- Assertiveness- Professionalism and Responsibility. My key interest lies in hospitality management and travel. My love for foreign languages led me to learn French and Spanish. I enjoy a good read. Give me any works of fiction; I'd gladly flip the pages one by one to the end. A memoir too is welcome. Besides being at feet above sea level, I am an Organizing Secretary for a rehabilitation program for street children called Kisumu Goodwill which has its headquarters in Kisumu.
