About Lynette Blakeway

In 1983, I launched my Merrill career with a background few advisors have. Previously, I spent 15 years in corporate finance – developing analytical and personal skills that continue to define my offering. Today, my authentic engagement with clients and appreciation of their family's dynamics inspire my best efforts and those of my team. I find it especially fulfilling to guide clients through key life transitions – divorce, the loss of a spouse or job, a second marriage, challenges with adult children and aging parents. I listen and "hear what clients say (and may not say)." I also extend my efforts to the community as a frequent keynote speaker. Our mission is to identify and address their greatest priorities. • Using our planning-based approach, we craft strategies that embrace clients' goals for retirement, wealth transfer, business succession and charitable endeavors. • We build lifelong relationships with clients in addition to their risk-managed portfolios. I believe we offer the type of wealth management experience many clients never knew existed, but certainly deserve. In everything we do, we are genuine, curious, and bring decades of knowledge. On a given day, we connect clients with other clients, and help them focus on putting their values into action. We also recognize while clients' personal wealth is hard-earned, that emotion, while natural, must take a back seat to strategically-driven financial decisions.
