About Lynette Flores

I am a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong background in education and public administration. My experience as a Bilingual Program Coordinator has allowed me to effectively collaborate with diverse communities and advocate for the needs of marginalized populations, such as school-aged children experiencing homelessness and children in foster care. Through my role, I have successfully designed and implemented programs that promote inclusivity and support academic success for bilingual students. Additionally, my certifications as a CPR and First Aid instructor have allowed me to contribute to the safety and well-being of both students and staff. My commitment to professional growth is reflected in my pursuit of a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Administration. I believe that combining business acumen with a passion for public service will enable me to make a significant impact in improving educational outcomes and addressing systemic challenges within the education sector. Being recognized as advocate of the year in 2021 has further fueled my drive to create positive change. It has reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration, advocacy, and creating equitable opportunities for all students. As a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), I actively engage in networking and leadership development opportunities. I am constantly seeking out new knowledge and skills through various professional development programs and training sessions. Overall, I am a results-oriented professional who is dedicated to fostering educational equity and empowering students to achieve their full potential.
