I am passionate about empowering credit unions and driving sustainable change through strategic philanthropy. With over 20 years in the credit union movement, along with my personal enthusiasm for nonprofit mission & purpose, I have the privilege of playing an instrumental role in developing impactful programs, fostering donor relationships, and ensuring operational excellence to help Louisiana’s credit unions THRIVE. My role as Foundation Director ties hand-in-hand with addressing the financial wellness needs of credit union employees, members, and communities. As administrator of Luminate’s Enhanced Certified Financial Counselor Program, I help fuel the People Helping People philosophy by equipping credit union employees with the resources needed to become a certified financial counselor through America’s Credit Unions’ FiCEP program. Key highlights of my expertise include: • Strategic Planning: Leading initiatives that align with long-term goals, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and maximizing impact. • Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong partnerships with donors, credit unions, and corporate sponsors to increase resources and reach. • Education Facilitator: Administering a robust program, helping 500 credit union employees in 2023 and nearly 600 in 2024 (nationally) to attain their CCUFC designation in 2024.
