About Lynette Ramlogan

As an experienced Registered Nurse with over 13 years in Neuro Surgery, Orthopedic, and Labor and delivery nursing, with the later three years of Quality an Nursing Education experience, I have strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problem areas and form effective solutions with MediTec, Sunrise, Philipss and Epic. I can design, develop, select, test, implement, and evaluate new or modified informatics solutions, data structures, and decision-support mechanisms to support patients, health care professionals, and their information management and human-computer and human-technology interactions within health care context. I can analyze and interpret patient, nursing, or information systems data to improve nursing services. Ability to educate, train and implement new policies/updates. With the application of knowledge in computer science, information science, nursing, and informatics theory to nursing practice, education, administration, or research, in collaboration with other health informatics specialists I can make an exceptional addition to any team. I have stepped in to the leadership role since January 2019 and found my passion in nursing by educating new, senior and seasoned staff, both clinical and non-clinical.
