I am an experienced technology practitioner with a successful track record of delivering successful outcomes in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst and Change Analyst across a broad range of industries including Government, Financial Services, Insurance, FMCG, Retail, Media, and Health. I am adept in the use of several disciplines including Six Sigma, Lean, SDLC, Agile Methodologies and UML to obtain process and procedural improvements in a business. I have also led teams in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Post Verification Testing (PVT), Workshops, Requirement Gathering and Transition. I have a passion for helping deliver business and technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and inefficient business processes to drive strong and sustainable productivity gains, cost reductions and quality improvements. Proud member of International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Women in Tech and National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO) I am a very proud ALLY to the LGBTIQA+ community, CALD Network, PRIDE Network, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and a member of Mardi Gras for many years where I have been a volunteer and part of the parade. I am volunteer with the team at Equality Project assisting at their Conferences, have spoken, and presented at the Val’s Café Ageing and Aged Care LGBTIQ Conference in Melbourne, Member of the Uniting LGBTIQ working group and Representative member of the LGBTIQ Domestic Violence Interagency.
