About Lynn Bartner-Wiesel
I am a native New Yorker, raised in the suburbs of Great Neck until collage, where I received a BFA in Fine Arts, then did graphics design for several years. Computers became the main tool, and I then became disenchanted with the industry, so, I became interested in holistic healing as a way to help myself and others feel better after working with computers all day! Work and school brought me to Fairfield County in Connecticut where I lived for 15 years, eventually having my own practice in Massage Therapy and Pilates. My work for the last 12 years is with the Reelabilities Film Festival, where I I now serve on the governance board. Reelabilities showcases empowering films created by, and about, people with disabilities. I also served on the board of the American Israel Culture Foundation AICF.org (2018-2023) working with Iris Ronen-Reff.
