About Lynn Blos

Hi and welcome. I specialize in Alternative and Holistic Therapies. My passion is helping people rediscover their joy and live an inspired life. Before devoting myself to Integrative Wellness, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and built a career in corporate banking, helping clients achieve their financial hopes and dreams. Hoping to attain more balance in my own life, I discovered Energy Healing and absolutely fell in love with the practice. Through Energy Healing, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of my life's purpose, and it continues to inspire me every day. In 2008 I took a leap of faith and opened Healed by the Life in the SF Bay Area and in 2023 opened a second location in Auburn near Sacramento. Through my classes and workshops, I help students redefine and shape their lives, find their passion, and learn how to heal themselves and others. I am a certified Hypnotherapist and teacher specializing in Quantum Healing Hypnosis, Life Coaching, and Holistic Healing Therapies. I work with teenagers, adults, couples, families, and many corporations throughout the Bay Area. I am committed to servitude leadership, helping women owned businesses, volunteering at Lucile Packard children's hospital, and work closely with the Ronald McDonald house offering Energy Healing.
