About Lynn Boyd

For 9 years, from 2008 to 2017, I was Director at ADRA Mozambique as an international development professional. I am now teaching Business classes (Marketing, Management and Economics) for Walla Walla Community College (WWCC). I am proud to say Walla Walla Community College program currently ranks In Top 20 Community Colleges in the United States and as "The Best Community College in Washington State."(Major competing schools for this distinction are Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood and Spokane Community College.) It is good to be back in the classroom after years in administration. I still maintain strong connections in southern Africa, particularly in South Africa, Mozambique and Zimbabwe. In fact, I also started a part-time business using newly developed technology to locate underground water in southern Africa. This means that I maintain bases in both Walla Walla, USA and in Maputo, Mozambique. Both my teaching and water exploration would normally be "full time," but I split my time spending the typical "school year" teaching for WWCC from September to June and locating water sources in Africa from June to September. This has obviously kept me very busy, but I am open to new ideas and am highly mobile.
