Work Experience: In my previous role, I served as an Implementation Consultant at ClearCare, a prominent healthcare software company. During my tenure, I proactively pursued knowledge to excel in roles as both a Support Specialist and an Implementation Consultant. Over my 17+ year career in customer service, I achieved excellence in various positions, including supporting a local family/real estate lawyer and providing assistance/transcription services for an ophthalmologist. These experiences allowed me to establish lasting relationships with clients.
