About Lynn Brown

If Lynn Brown were to be featured on a billboard her motto would be “Building Lifetime Relationships One Home at a Time.” Lynn has worked closely with people her whole life; as a former tutor, childcare provider, an educator, an activity instructor and current secretary in her condominium building. Her clients describe her as fun, thoughtful, reliable, effective and as a dedicated professional always willing to go the extra mile to make them happy. She is thrilled to be part of a profession in which she feels she’s helping clients to “build the American dream.” Clients choose Lynn as their REALTOR® because of her in-depth knowledge of Chicago, Evanston and the North Shore, and her experience working with diverse populations. Her dedication comes through in making sure she’s accessible at all times via phone or email – if her clients have a question she’s on top of it. And if she doesn’t have the answer right away, she’ll do what it takes – be it through asking her own questions of the parties involved or conducting thorough research – to get it. Lynn has been on the Dean’s List at Northeastern Illinois University and has her bachelor’s degree in special education. She has one adult son and enjoys reading, fitness, jet skiing, cooking and swimming in her free time. Specialties: Working with buyers, sellers, renters, helping families to relocate.
