My diverse leadership experience in marketing, media and publishing has allowed me to explore the connection between brands and consumers in how they consume and engage with all media types. I love to lead and motivate teams to drive profitable revenue growth for our business and that work to deliver effective programs that deliver ROI for our clients. As a respected leader, I focus on building trusting, collaborative relationships and enjoy leading dynamic high performance teams that are committed to achieving clear goals, but love to have fun in the process; I am always future focused and growth oriented. I am curious and am a constant learner. I am a social media, music, art and culture junkie and use these sources to continually inspire me to stay current. I always strive to find new opportunities to build business by understanding consumer needs and marrying that knowledge with innovative media initiatives and new product development. I truly believe that giving back is part of my contribution to the betterment of the world – whether it be through volunteering, mentoring and raising great kids. Everyday, I wake up with a positive outlook, and feel grateful for my good health and the opportunities life has given me.
