About Lynn do

As an Executive Assistant/Administrative Business Partner, I provide strategic support and project coordination, working with executive leadership and stakeholders across different regions and functions. I manage the rhythm of the business and communications for the year as well as fully planning and executing team offsites, conferences and training bootcamps. I have a background in public relations, advertising, and applied communication from George Mason University, and I have obtained two design thinking certificates from IDEO U and eCornell. I have recently completed my Project Management Certification from eCornell and am pursuing to achieve my PMP certification. I have experience in human-centered experience design and brand & product development within various industries, such as hospitality, technology, and wellness. I have a passion for PR & events, and I believe in building positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to promote strategic meetings & event planning. I value creating a relationship with my executives as a strategic business partner, and I withhold a customer-centric perspective to contribute to customer success. I am project driven and have experience in process improvement, program creation and management as well as storytelling skills to simplify complex messaging to key stakeholders.
