I am a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator as well as a COTA/L and certified ergonomics specialist. For more than 30 years, I have led teams providing therapy services to skilled nursing facilities, outpatient facilities, home health, and independent and assisted living facilities. In leadership roles, I have been responsible for fiscal and compliant operations for multi-site operations of 26 facilities, one of which was a fortune 500 company. My career has taken me to Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin, where I have held several positions: program director, to Area Director, statewide director, home health administrator, Illinois licensed nursing home administrator to a short term only facility, Vice President, COO and CEO positions. My deep passion for senior care has allowed me to positively impactful many lives.
