About Lynn Flechsig

My career has offered me substantial growth within a single company, including overseas, and I have been privileged to oversee change management both domestically and abroad. International management experience provides a means for looking at the world, and business operations, from a unique perspective. As I look forward, I am excited about change and managing the process for a team or company, to facilitate smooth transitions which yield cost savings. A dynamic human resources information systems lead, especially with Workday, I manage the financial and human capital aspects by leveraging software. I focus on bringing a combination of leading-by-example, delegation, and understanding each team member’s efforts. Learning to tactfully navigate the differences has shaped my emotional IQ for the better – while improving my depth as a manager. Through it all, I work to design optimal processes and experiences which also delight employees, while also troubleshooting to effectively lead teams to address and fix issues within HR. My SHRM certified professional credentials give me the qualifications needed to excel. My dream role includes working on HRIS with business process development and change management on an on-site team, especially with Workday. I would love to incorporate employee experience design into my responsibilities, to better investigate challenges within HR and then architect solutions.
