As a HR Projects and Performance Lead at East West Railway Company, I support the transformation of rail travel in the UK by developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems that align with the company's vision, values, and culture. I have over 20 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and administration, and I hold a Prince2 Agile certification, a CIPD Intermediate Diploma in HR Management, and an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business. I work with various stakeholders across the organisation to deliver HR projects and initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and wellbeing. I also monitor and report on HR metrics and trends, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. I am driven by the mission of creating a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive and grow.
