I am a proud member of the United States Navy Reserves who has built an extensive track record of success, both with the Reserves and during Active Duty deployments with the United States Navy, in senior-level leadership roles taking operational and security capabilities to new levels of performance. Over the course of my career, I have extensive experience managing and maximizing information, personnel, and physical security capabilities. I have excelled at building, training, and optimizing the performance of teams of all sizes that continually exceed organizational expectations. As a team leader, I focus on providing all personnel with the professional development, resources, and support to achieve and sustain operational excellence as well as to advance in their own careers.
