About Lynn Meier

High energy, dedicated and driven agency veteran with over 20 years experience. I am passionate about the Out of Home advertising space having dedicated 20+ years to this discipline and am fully versed in traditional and alternative (non-traditional) media tactics across the US and some international markets. My strength lies in taking a plan from infancy to execution, stewardship and beyond. I take great pride in making smart, strategic and morally correct decisions on behalf of my clients, while protecting and supporting the valuable relationship with vendor partners. I leave no stone unturned during planning and have authored many a process and procedure throughout my tenure, many of which are still in place today. I have always promoted the importance of team and believe in building knowledge from the ground up while training new employees. I strive to be fair, but firm and hold all to the same high expectations I hold myself to, while leading by positive example. Accuracy is paramount and I refuse to deliver work that is not fully vetted. My communication is clear and thorough and is addressed accordingly to the audience. I can multi-task and stay on point, while having fun along the way! I was also one of the few at my former agency with extensive participation in the Point of Care (POC) space. From CPG (Procter & Gamble), to retail (Walgreens) and Pharma (Novartis), I have many years of planning, activation and stewarding experience. I also worked hand in hand with a sister agency in 2013 to successfully pitch the POC assignment for AbbVie. My experience includes just shy of nine years in the Chicago Starcom office before relocating to Michigan, where I worked out of my satellite office for 11 years until February 2016. Despite not being physically located in the Chicago office, I maintained “always on” communication access to all clients and agency colleagues and was consistently given on to above target reviews every year. I am currently working on McDonald's local co-op assignments with Outdoor Media Group, which I joined in December 2017.
