I am not black and white, I enjoy playing in the grey.I have a values based approach and a strong business focus. My strengths are thinking and working strategically and creatively,bringing a different perspective, client focus and building strong working relationships. I enjoy challenge and making a difference. I am valued for my ideas and capacity to think broadly, challenge the status quo, make linkages and identify gaps and achieve continuous improvement across workplaces. My ideal workplace encourages, respects and benefits from these skills.My recent experience has been in project management and business partnering where partnering with clients, understanding business issues, complex problem solving and enhancing approaches are at the forefront. I have been valued by my clients as a contemporary and responsive business partner, working with them to coach, educate and solve complex performance management, workplace culture issues and conflicts. As a Project manager I am developing solutions for broader issues identified through business partnering or other business mechanisms. This involves planning, stakeholder and client management, conceptual, research and analysis skills, risk management, securing ownership, buy in and champions and implementation, marketing and communications and transition management.I have skills and expertise across a broad range of HR areas and settings, from science and technology, arts and culture to health and human services. I have introduced transformational change particularly in the recruitment space and constructively managed restructures, diverse and complex HR and people issues for positive outcomes.
