About Lynn Pollack

Hi there, I'm Lynn. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from St. John's University in NYC, and later pursued my Doctorate in Pharmacy from The University of Florida in 2006. My journey began in hospitals but soon found my passion in home care infusion, where I could blend nursing, pharmacy, and physician care seamlessly. Along the way, I became a Consultant Pharmacist, lending my expertise to cleanroom openings and even helping establish ASHP Home Infusion Residency sites. I've been lucky enough to receive ASPEN awards and even speak nationally for Grifols, LLC. My career has taken me through various roles, including Clinical Coordinator at two South Florida Hospitals and Pharmacy Director at multiple pharmacies. I'm deeply committed to improving patient care, constantly refining SOPs, and growing both personally and professionally. Specialties: Home infusion, CE presenter across the state of Florida, clinically assists as a sales coordinator, manages pediatric BMT patients, above practice standards in knowledge of TPN therapy, IVIG, anti-microbials, multiple biological therapies, Chapter 797 Guidelines and implementation, pediatrics, geriatrics, and specialty IV therapies for rare diseases.
