About Lynn Wagner

During high school, I began my career in customer service. Starting off at Wendy’s as a drive-thru and front cashier, I developed strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. I became a certified lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor through the American Red Cross, enhancing my leadership, crisis management, and teaching abilities. I taught swimming lessons to children ages 1 to 13, further refining my instructional and adaptability skills. After high school, I moved on to UPS, where I spent a year and a half loading semi-trucks and package delivery vehicles. I also assisted with deliveries as a driver helper, and even ran my own loading line for a short period. These roles strengthened my teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills in a demanding logistics environment. My first major customer service role was at Booking.com as a Customer Service Executive, handling customer requests and complaints. It was not long before I was promoted to Senior Guest Specialist. In this role, I managed high-risk issues and specialized in customer retention for over four years, developing expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship management. I would often handle situations that would reach the executive team of Booking.com's leadership and would work on behalf of the executive team. Due to COVID-19, I was forced to transition to a new industry. This led me to accept a new role as a Service Assistant at Harold Zeigler | CDJR Grandville, where I scheduled appointments, updated customers on repairs, processed payments, and assisted with warranty claims. This role enhanced my organizational and customer service skills. I managed a quick lube department, leading a team of five technicians and one assistant manager, gaining leadership and operational management experience. I then worked briefly as a Service Advisor at Fox Subaru, where I gained insights into workflow efficiencies and deepened my understanding of the automotive industry. Using the skills I have honed over the years, I now work in accounting with Acrisure. This role has allowed me to thrive and further strengthen my attention to detail and time management. I am looking forward to branching out into other skills and learning experiences within Acirusre.
