I am currently working with THROB developing and supporting 'Virtual' Cardiac Rehabilitation within the Berkshire area and the return to, face to face rehabilitation classes. We are looking to increase the classes to the pre-pandemic levels (26 per week), train more instructors to the BACPR National accreditation and increase social events to further support and maintain, confidence, fitness, and wellbeing, Also, I am looking at the way our Charity can diversify in its support of those having suffered a Cardiac event and those at risk, as recovery and prevention during the pandemic has been difficult. We want to look to the future and opportunities where we can make a difference.
