About Lynn Wong

After a year working in Banff and Lake Louise and completion of BCIT's Hospitality Management program, I enjoyed honing my customer service skills in the hotel industry which carried over to a career in administrative and systems trainer roles in the insurance industry and subsequently, the health care industry. I encourage and support others in their goal for excellence and foster a curiosity and desire for learning. When confronted with difficult situations, I am able to put people at ease by communicating in insightful, creative ways. I bring a “think outside the box” approach to virtually every situation believing there's no one way to achieve a goal or solve a problem.
