I work in Australia, and internationally as a facilitator, consultant, counsellor, project coordinator and supervisor assisting individuals, groups and teams. Over 30 years, I have worked in a variety of roles; facilitation, assessing needs, developing strategies and implementing effective change strategies. I am registered Psychologist, a Process Oriented Psychotherapist and have an MBA, focusing on organisational behaviour, career development and job satisfaction. My Diploma in Process Oriented Psychology has given me the practical skills, experience and knowledge to work with diversity; amongst teams, across groups and within individuals. My facilitation and project management utilises the principles of "Deep Democracy, a concept that focuses on awareness and deepening understanding of social, political and intercultural differences. I have an interest in Theatre & Performance in health promotion and education.
