Leader with UK and international school experience in teaching and management. Hold an MSc degree, QTS from Leicester University and a NPQH from University College London. Completed successful assessment of inner city secondary school in London and researched the feasibility of current financial budgets, identified future challenges in terms of resources and provided suggestions to meet these challenges. Implemented a whole school change within an international primary school to improve pupil progress and attainment through strategic planning and the implementation of high quality curriculum delivery and assessment procedures. Experience in inspection process and procedures and led schools in obtaining good and outstanding inspections through Ofsted, BSO, COBIS and ISI.
