I am thrilled to announce my new role as Senior Talent and Development Advisor! With a strong background as an HR Business Partner and certifications in Lean Six Sigma (White Belt), Mental Health, OH & S, and Workers Compensation Injury Management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to this position. In my new role, I will continue to partner with senior leaders to manage the employee lifecycle and provide high-quality advice and support on various people and culture policies, programs, and practices. My strategic focus will be on sharing knowledge, driving continuous improvement, enhancing collaboration on key projects, and embedding viability across all business teams. My proven success in managing projects from initial concept through to delivery is rooted in my ability to prioritize conflicting demands and deliver strategic outcomes despite tight timeframes, limited resources, and budgetary restrictions. I leverage my expertise in fishbone diagrams and the 5 Whys strategy to guide and implement HR policies and procedures that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and optimise productivity. As a confident presenter, I draw on my excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly develop rapport with people from diverse cultures and positively influence the engagement of key stakeholders. I am excited to embark on this new journey and look forward to contributing to the continued success of our team!
