His expertise spans advisory, leasing, brokerage, tenant transaction management, and he has extensive experience in the divestment and acquisition of industrial and office assets for multinational clients, working with reputable developers, REITs, institutional investors, private equity funds, and family offices. He has a strong track record in leading and executing major leasing and investment transactions across a wide range of sectors, including logistics, food manufacturing, semiconductors, technology, telecommunications, and aviation. In his current role at Newmark, he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s commercial, industrial, and data centre growth strategy. As a Certified Data Centre Specialist, Lynus also leverages his deep technical knowledge and industry experience to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and build partnerships with occupiers, landlords, developers, and investors.
