In order to avoid the possibility of frustrating a caller, I will always answer the phone when I am sitting at my desk and am not meeting with a claimant. Emails and texts received are promptly addressed. My reports are sent prior to, or on, their due date. I have represented claimants, by myself and in person on behalf of private insurers, in seven Small Claims Court cases (NB & PEI) and won all seven cases. I have also testified, in person on behalf of a private insurer, in the Queen’s Court (NB), in a Section C fraud case. The Insured was found guilty. The fact that my files are always well-documented was primordial in winning each of those court cases. I have no complaints against me whether from claimants, file examiners or insurers. I have excellent work relationships, including mutual respect, with medical specialists, plaintiff and defense lawyers, treatment providers and case managers.
