As a professional with experience in HR/recruiting processes and supporting recruiters and HR leaders, I am adept at sourcing, creating pipelines, interviewing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates. In addition, I am experienced with Human Resources activities, such as maintaining files (paper and digital), supporting new hires/employees, complex onboarding and other HR tasks. Earned Associate Professional in Human Resources certification (2020-2024). I am forever curious and strive to find ways to streamline processes. My background is characterized by strong communication skills, effective time management, and a detail-oriented approach. My organizational abilities enable me to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. When I’m not working, I enjoy water exercise, dancing to Rhythm and Blues, and delving into historical fiction. Being outside in beautiful Arizona rejuvenates my well-being and sense of purpose.
