About M. Sean Clair

I have 20+ years of experience as a Sales Leader. My previous work experience has given me a sound comprehension of competitive business principles and a strong work ethic with strong leadership qualities. Early in my career, I was able to successfully motivate employees by listening to their ideas, leading by example and discovering their hidden talents while setting and exceeding competitive expectations. This was evident to my previous supervisors by the consistent increase in customer and employee satisfaction while increasing annual profits. My current position as a Regional Sales Director has afforded me the opportunity to build upon my strong leadership skills. I emphasize a positive attitude and have assisted leaders and representatives alike in finding solutions on procedures, product knowledge and effective sales strategies. In addition, I focus on teamwork by collaborating with finance and operations to meet common goals. In addition to my work experience, I also have a strong military background from my enlistment in the U.S. Navy. I was taught how to perform efficiently under stressful situations and have applied this throughout my career. My time spent serving our country is extremely valuable to me and is a reflection of the principles that I practice today. As a Veteran who utilized his military benefits to further his education, I take a personal interest in helping others improve their self worth.
