About Maansi Kumar

Maansi currently works as a Project Manager for the branding team of an ed-tech company, Great Learning, headquartered in Singapore. She works for their Gurgaon office. Previously, Maansi worked in the field of policy analysis and economic research. She has experience from working in China, USA, and India. Maansi holds a B.A.(cum laude) in Economics with minors in Chinese and Gender Studies from the College of Wooster, a liberal arts college in Ohio. Her 140-page thesis investigated the gender gap in land rights as a proxy for access to inputs, and its impact on farmers' output-producing capabilities in the Global South. She is trained in conducting analytical research, using economic theory and econometric tools to create models for predictive patterns. Prior to attending college in the US, she lived in China for 4 years where she finished high school and worked with an NGO for a year. She spent her early childhood in parts of rural and urban Andhra Pradesh.
