Responsible for the delivery of IT Service Management solutions tailored to the customer’s needs, taking into account People, Processes and Technology. This includes the development of new services, taking the role of Bid Manager in complex offerings, proposals, staffing agreements, managed service agreements and framework agreements. On a regular basis involved in Service Management assessments with customers using his strong focus on problem analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements. Provide assistance and support from a coaching perspective towards multiple ITSM consultants executing assignments at customers. To increase the capabilities of our organization, support is given assuring the knowledge infiltration of new service management concepts into the ITSM group and promotion of ITSM within the sales organization.
