About Maarten Renkema
Currently working as an Assistant Professor in HRM at the University of Twente. My research is focused on the intersection between (1) HRM,(2) Technology (AI) and 3 Employee-Driven Innovation. See: https://people.utwente.nl/m.renkema First, I study the concept employee-driven innovation, which is a form of bottom-up innovation developed by work-floor employees. In this research I focus on the multilevel relationship between HRM practices and innovation outcomes at different levels of analysis. In addition, my research aims to advance multilevel thinking in the HRM literature. Second, I study how novel technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) affect both HRM and innovation processes.
