About Maarten van der Valk

Senior finance professional with extensive experience across a broad range of international corporate and structured finance solutions. In particular, I have a deep knowledge of securitisation and other structured finance transactions across many asset classes and jurisdictions. I have successfully built and managed high functioning teams to advise on and raise wholesale funding in an international environment. Most recently I have focused mostly on structuring and executing securitisation and structured finance solutions and have an extensive network in the European banking and debt fund landscape active in the structured finance space. I'm very familiar with matrix organisations and used to managing interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership skills focussing on teamwork, collaboration and individual growth.
