I'm an experienced Product Development Engineer and Manager with a proven track record in (innovative) research, product development, project management, product and quality improvement and technical management. I've been involved from the early development phase until successful market introduction for multiple products. I love technology and development of new (technical) products and my ambition is to further develop and grow myself as a manager of a technical team / department, focused on product improvement and new product development. People know me as a creative and enthusiastic colleague, with a very analytical and thorough approach. Understanding and solving technical problems by means of a good design solution is what I like best. In my work it is important for me to be challenged and to be able to achieve clear results.
