Working with a great R&D team to create the tap that does it all! New breakthrough solutions as well as continuous improvement. Taps and equipment offering boiling water, hot and cold water, chilled and sparkling water. Innovative solutions, reliable technology, great design and usability. More than 25 years ago I founded the design office that's one of the seeds of Spark. Using my designer's mindset and skills I've been creating surprising and exciting new solutions and products ever since. By using creativity intelligently, and intelligence creatively. By combining a feeling for esthetics with a thorough understanding of how things work. Having learned that critical analysis and inspired creativity are actually two sides of the same medal. In my mind an innovation project is an expedition that we undertake together. We need a can-do mindset, a smart process approach, the right talents, tools and knowledge, open communication - and above all: tenacity and mutual trust. I'm happy and proud to have been working for and with clients such as Honeywell, ING, ThyssenKrupp, ABB, Alcatel-Lucent, SaraLee… plus over 100 small and medium sized companies that I've helped to create new product solutions, successfully addressing market and user needs.
