For my recent yr up to now, Im focus as Workforce Planner, doing Capacity Planning, closely working with operations to capture possible loss of HC. Right now Im handling 12 accounts, and I can say that I am able to ensure 100% max billing every month. Also in charge of Billable file, on which my knowledge in excel is being utilized. Helping my team as well by sharing templates or summary of a big raw data that they can be used for making deliverables get done easily or faster.I am easy to be trained. Adoptable with changes. I can also self-learned the task as long as there is available resources to look at.
