I am a Psychologist with over twenty years of experience working in education, clinical practice and research. My core area of clinical specialism is within the umbrella of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, in which I practice clinically, supervise and lecture. I have also pursued specialist training in Mindfulness and third wave approaches (Compassionate Mind Training / Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), which I integrate to my practice. I am interested in what makes people flourish, and as such I have pursued independent studies in positive psychology, which led me to a qualification in Coaching with the University of Cambridge.
