Hello, I'm Mac. I’m building Flowly, where we work with ecom brands that are doing big things and want to get more out of their emails. I specialise in mapping out the customer journey and building email systems that reach the right people at the right time with the right message. Over the years, I’ve worked with a lot of brands, big and small, helping them make email a bigger part of what keeps the business ticking. When I’m not buried in Klaviyo, you’ll find me in the garden with a cup of tea, probably complaining about the weather (standard).
