As a Business Intelligence Manager at Tru Earth, I leverage my data analysis skills and business acumen to generate insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making to our ELT. I oversee the BI budget, strategy, and operations, ensuring data quality and integrity through rigorous checks. I also develop and present reports, visualizations, and strategic recommendations, as well as gather and disseminate competitive and macro-economic intelligence. Additionally, I create and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards, and set up processes and report ESG metrics with the ESG team. Prior to this role, I was a Senior Sales Ops and BI Specialist at Tru Earth, where I owned and developed the Retail sales tech stack, increased sales operations efficiency, and provided insights to the Senior Leadership Team on retail velocity metrics and KPI changes. I am passionate about using data to drive growth and sustainability in the business world.
