About Mac Lotze

I am an Official Twitch Partner, Video DJ, Music Video Creator, AR/VR Producer and Interactive Audio Designer, especially interested in immersive music experiences and interactive experiences that push the boundaries of entertainment. I am currently creating all of my own Music Videos sampling the best in Cinema, Television and Animation that I mix in Video DJ sets 4 times a week at twitch.tv/djmaculate, organizing Twitch parties with DJs all across the world including my Funklectic series, and creating official music videos for musicians across the world. Previously, I worked as a Producer at Facebook's Spark Design and Augmented Reality Partnerships teams. Before that I was at Viacom NEXT, Viacom's former VR/AR Division, as the Producer and Interactive Audio Designer for all of their projects. At Viacom NEXT, I helped prototype and create a variety of VR/AR projects and shipped several including Smash Party VR and The Melody of Dust on Steam and Transformers: Cade's Junkyard on the App Store. After living in Shanghai for 7 years, I got my Masters at Carnegie Mellon University's Entertainment Technology Center, where I won the program's Pausch Award for Interdisciplinary Leadership. In Shanghai, I worked as Creative Director for Soulfire Radio, Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard, and toured every province in China as a DJ, VJ, and audio/visual performer/designer.
