Background
About Mac McCausland
After a career serving my country in the USAF I joined the ranks of outside sales professionals selling at that time yellow page advertising. After six months as a line sales person I was rookie of the year for my region. I was then promoted to Sales Manager where my sales team set the company record for most consecutive budgets attained. After doing that for several years, I was then promoted to Director of Sales where I managed the Southeast region of the United States. While in this position I also directed the growth and standardization of new markets in Dallas/Ft Worth and central Texas. My next career growth came when I became the Director of Training and Recruiting for Your Community PhoneBook. In our most recent merger, where we became a coast-to-coast company, I became a Director of Training and Talent development. Specialties: Sales, Training, Helping people learn and attain their goals.
