About Mac Rogers

Hi, I’m Mac. I design and lead programs that bring places to life by (re)connecting people to nature, culture, and community. I believe places are powerful. They ground us, energize us, and connect us to what matters most. Through thoughtful program design and facilitation, I create place-based experiences that help people connect with the land, each other, and the building blocks of our collective well-being. My values are supported by extensive experience in operations management, customer service, community engagement, program design and facilitation. As a musician at heart, I listen to understand. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Honours with distinction and a minor in Environmental Studies & Business, a Master of Arts in Economics with distinction, followed by a Bachelor of Music focused on jazz performance with specializations in audio production, composition, and arranging. My education and experience have enabled me to dream a vision like an artist, grounded by the skills and commitment to make that vision a reality. I am interested in connecting with people who share a passion for places that support the arts, education, nature, and community. “Luceo non uro.
