About MacArena Boente

With nearly three years of experience in the fast-paced e-learning industry, I am passionate about leading and optimizing high-impact learning and training solutions. My journey began as a Project Manager, where I successfully led projects from concept to completion, ensuring they met and exceeded client expectations. Now, in my role as PMO, I have expanded my expertise beyond project execution to building and managing the Project Management department itself. I focus on defining and improving development processes, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency across teams. I also lead the creation of onboarding guides and training programs for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and strong team integration. Collaboration is at the core of my approach. Whether working closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, or leadership, I prioritize effective communication, risk mitigation, and strategic planning to drive successful project outcomes. My experience as a translator has also strengthened my ability to adapt content for diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and cultural sensitivity in every learning experience. Let’s connect to explore e-learning innovations, project management strategies, and opportunities for collaboration!
