About MacAyla Morgan

I'm an operations professional with over 7 years of experience leading high-volume fulfillment and logistics teams across warehouse and e-commerce environments. My specialty lies in transforming day-to-day operations into scalable systems — creating SOPs, tracking KPIs, optimizing labor costs, and building high-performing teams from the ground up. At ThriftBooks, I’ve led four critical departments — shipping, shelving, receiving, and sorting — overseeing daily production, managing 30+ associates, and solving systemic inefficiencies through data-driven solutions. My ability to think strategically while staying hands-on makes me a unique asset to any organization looking to scale operations or streamline complex workflows. I’m now seeking a remote or hybrid opportunity that allows me to bring my expertise in operations strategy, team development, and fulfillment tech to a company focused on growth, innovation, and balance. I'm especially interested in roles in operations consulting, logistics tech, and project/program management where I can contribute meaningful impact — while also having time for my family and long-term wealth-building goals. Let’s connect if you’re building something great and need a leader who thrives at the intersection of structure, people, and performance.
